Stacy Stewart Smith has designed a unique messenger bag in black drum-dyed cow nappa leather, with a twill-textured neoprene lining and grosgrain ribbon accents. The leather has been tanned for durability and versatility and features a dry-cleanable finish and pebbled texture. In addition, the bag is clad with our house “S” graphic logo appliquéd in leather on the front and in the interior. The lightweight bag has a sturdy trapezoidal shape that sits up like luggage on six metal feet; however, the soft leather upper body and handle make it easy to hold and carry. A comfort rest keeps the bag in position on one shoulder or crossbody.
Additionally, the Trapezoid Messenger Bag boasts two side pockets (perfect for cellphones), an inner zip pocket, and another sturdy pocket/divider. Two-way coil zippers allow access to the bag and also into an inner pocket (both with leather pulls). The bag comfortably holds a laptop and is roomy enough for a petite overnight trip.

- Note: The bag's interior lining will be black across all colorways. Ribbon and hardware accents may vary in hue, be changed, or stay black depending on your color choice.
- The strap on this bag is not adjustable. If you desire measurement or additional changes, etc., use the measurement form if changes are needed to the strap.
- Locate the Preorder Measurement and Service Fee form on the Fall 2026 Collections page and add it to your cart.
- Enter FormFree in the discount field, and the form will be free of charge. Only one discount may be used, so if the item is on sale, a $5 service fee will be added to your cart total.
- After payment, you will receive an email with a link to the measurement form. Follow the instructions provided in the form and contact us if you need assistance.
- The production process will begin after payment is received.
The nappa cow hide leather is in stock and available locally. We will keep you in constant contact with the design studio and alert you at each step of the way via email, including photos and requests.
Only eighteen (18) Trapezoid Leather Messenger Bags are available for Fall 2026 preorders. Due to the unique nature of custom-made items, we cannot accept returns nor exchanges.
